Bios:
Pastor Paul Ebert
Pastor Paul grew up on the missions field of the Philippines where his parents, Dennis and Gloria Ebert, are still serving as missionaries. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in 2002, where He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral studies. He met his wife while attending bible school and were married in 1992 at Grayson Bible Baptist Church in Sherman, TX.
He served on staff at Park Crest Baptist Church in Springfield, MO as the Missions Intern until they left for the field of the Philippines. In 2005 they were approved as Baptist Bible Fellowship International Missionaries to the Philippines and served faithfully through 2010. There they were able to teach in several bible schools, manage the Highlands Camp and Conference Center and had the privilege of starting Fellowship Baptist Church. He was able to see the hand of God move in great ways through lives changed and the kingdom of God increased.
Pastor Paul has been married to his wife Tina for almost 20 years and God has blessed them with four wonderful kids. Jared, Sarah, Rachel and Jonah have all been a part of every ministry that Pastor Paul has had a privilage of working in.
Pastor George Tagli
George Tagli grew up in the greater Chicago area and graduated from Maranatha Baptist Baptist Bible College in 2010. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Coaching Sports. During college, George had the opportunity to start a youth group ministry in an inner city church at Milwaukee, WI. George met his wife Krista in the summer of 2008, where they were both serving as youth counselors at a Christian camp.
Krista was raised in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She graduated from Baptist Bible College completing a bachelor’s degree in missions along with an associate’s degree in office technology. Shortly after graduation, Krista and George Tagli were married on June 12, 2010 at Park Crest Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. In the Fall of 2010, Krista and George had the opportunity to travel for National Hoops Ministries, where they saw many teenagers saved across the country. God has given both George and Krista a love for people and seeing them come to know the Savior. They are excited for this new chapter in their lives at Oak Lake Baptist Church.
Vanessa Cabrera
Vanessa was born and raised in Houston and has attended Oak Lake for over six years. She graduated from Baptist Bilbe College in 2009 with Degrees in Children’s Ministry and Missions.
