New College Ministry Beginning!
A new ministry will be starting today! The college aged kids that are now in with the teens, will have their own class! This is a very important age in life, when many of life’s biggest decisions are made! We are so grateful that Bro. Cabrera sees that need and will be working with these students! If you know of any students in the age category, please let Bro. Cabrera know. We are excited to see great things from this ministry!

Super Sunday – Facing the Giants – February 4th
Missons 101…Pray. Give. GO!
Our church will have its annual Mission’s Conference the 7th through the 11th of February! There is an article in another part of the bulletin about the baskets and gifts for the children. Please be sure to check that out and see where you can help!
The theme for our conference this year is “Missions 101…Pray. Give. GOâ€. Missions 101 is designed to take us back to the basics. Why would we want to do that? For several reasons-First, we have a lot of new members who are not familiar with our missions program. Second, even though we have promoted missions for years in our church using the Faith Promise Plan of missions giving, there are still some who have never participated. Last, for those who do participate, we want to reinforce the need and opportunity to be involved in missions. Basic missions is not complicated! Everyone can do it! It begins with a love and compassion for the lost!
Please make plans now to join us during the conference! We have Bro. Henry Powell who will be our guest speaker, and 3 other young families that are working to get to their field for the first time!
As the conference approaches, let’s pray and ask God what He would have us to learn about missions in 2007! We pray that God would give our church an even bigger passion to help see people all over the world come to Him! Join with us as we begin “Missions 101â€, very soon!
