Super Bowl Sunday

February 4th, 2007 is not only Super Bowl Sunday, it is also Super Sunday at Oak Lake Baptist Church.  After the morning service the youth will be serving a “Stadium Food” lunch to raise money for this years Summer Camp.  Followed by a private showing of the movie “Facing the Giants” a story of the struggles of a man and his team.  After this movie we will be holding a Field Goal kicking contest with a regulation size Field Goal with prizes for different age groups.  At 5:00p.m. we will return inside for the Main Event of the evening, the Super Bowl!

The choir will be presenting their Christmas cantata, “He Came to Us”, on December 17th at 5:30 p.m.! The choir has been working diligently since September on this and it is sure to be a blessing! This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to spend the evening with you! Plan to be there to hear some wonderful Christmas music!

Meaning of Christmas
